What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a holistic method of healing and self-discovery, rooted in the understanding that the body holds the memory of every experience, emotion, and inherited pattern. When these memories become blocked or unresolved, they can manifest as stress, recurring health issues, emotional imbalance, or a sense of disconnection from self.
Through gentle muscle testing, we access the body’s subconscious intelligence — allowing us to identify and release emotional stress, limiting beliefs, and energetic imprints, some of which may go as far back as the womb, or be inherited from previous generations.

While we may not always be aware of it, our body retains memories of every experience and emotion. These unresolved feelings can cause energetic blocks that disrupt our inner equilibrium, leading to what traditional wisdom sometimes calls “the body speaking the mind’s distress.”
Through kinesiology, we open a dialogue with this body memory, helping to release trapped energy and restore natural flow in a subtle, pain‑free way. In a session, the practitioner engages your subconscious through a gentle muscle test—a soft pressure on your forearm that elicits responses from your body. This dialogue helps us pinpoint the root of any imbalance. Every moment of the session unfolds in a spirit of compassionate listening, guiding you back to serenity, calm, and a renewed sense of well‑being.

1/ How does a session work?
Each kinesiology session follows a general protocole, but since every person and situation is unique, I may adjust the process to suit your needs. I also explain how muscle monitoring works to identify areas of stress in your Central Nervous System. Here are the steps:

Exploring Your Challenges
We start by a personal discussion, to identify the main topic of the session. Together, we'll explore any patterns, limiting beliefs, stresses, blockages, or physical issues that may be affecting you.

Uncovering the Root Causes
The next step is to dive into the underlying causes of these challenges. Instead of focusing on external circumstances, we look at your experiences and how they may have led to emotional or physical blockages.

Setting an Objective for the Session
When we release old patterns, it's crucial to replace them with new, healthier ones to avoid falling back into previous ones. This phase focuses on defining an objective to unlock the blockages, give space for realignment and move forward.

Techniques used to Restore Balance
Throughout the session, I use muscle testing (usually the arms'muscles) as a tool to guide us. It offers deeper insights into your subconscious. I also use specific techniques, such as working on acupressure points, sound healing, tuning forks, breathwork, movements, affirmations, while working with chakras and Chinese Meridians to clear any stress and restore some flow within your energy system, release any remaining blockages or self-sabotaging patterns, and and align with your goals.

Integrating Change into Daily Life
To help consolidate and integrate your realignment, we will do an end of session procedure. It can happen that we have to select an anchor (such as an exercise, an image, an affirmation, or a specific adjustment to make in your environment) that will support you after the session.​​​​

Processing the energetic changes​
After a kinesiology session, you may feel calmer and more relaxed, with symptom relief often appearing within a few days. For chronic conditions, multiple sessions might be needed for lasting results. Some clients may experience temporary emotional shifts or changes in sleep patterns as their body processes energetic changes. These effects are usually mild and brief, disappearing within a few hours or days. Most clients (over 80%) do not experience these symptoms, and any changes are a sign that your body is integrating the healing process.
2 / What to wear?
The session is conducted while seated, with part of the realignment process taking place while standing. We do the session with no shoes, but socks. There is no need for special gym or yoga clothing, just your regular comfortable clothes.
3 / In which language is the session?
Sessions are available in French, and soon in English and Italian.
