Service Description

This shorter session is intended for moments of acute stress, emotional shock, or sudden energetic imbalance — when you feel unsettled, disoriented, or overwhelmed, and need support now. Working with your body’s immediate stress signals, we gently bring the system back to a state of calm and safety. Ideal just after: - Emotional shock or loss - Accidents or physical trauma - Panic attacks or intense anxiety - Major life changes or transitions This session stabilizes your energy, creating a soft landing — so that the deeper healing work can unfold later, from a place of safety and grounding.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations / postponements Appointments are binding. If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours before your agreed appointment. If you cancel later or fail to cancel, 100% of the agreed time will be charged. Important Booking Information Payment is made by TWINT or cash at the end of the session. Payment on account is possible by arrangement. Health insurance Even though my kinesiology education is recognized by ASCA, I am not affiliated to ASCA yet so my sessions are not covered by the complementary insurances (VVG) at the moment. ​
